I’m looking for infrared illuminators for a science fair project called The Secret Life of the Garden at Night. I’m using the infrared illuminator so regular lights won’t disturb the animal activity. I’m going to record the night creatures and insects that come out into the garden at night with an infrared camera. I know things like mice and slugs and other critters only come out at night and I the project is going to show how many different things are roaming through the garden attacking your plants or each other while its dark and you’re asleep. I’ve never seen anyone do a science fair project like this and I think it will do pretty well. Most people have never even heard of infrared illuminators. My dad said he if I write up a list of what I need with sources and prices, he will consider buying it for me although it has to be reasonable.

An infrared illuminator is a way to provide light for an infrared security camera. Infrared illuminators are great to use with an infrared camera when you don’t want regular lights to disturb your filming. Infrared illuminators are a way to provide light for an infrared camera. When it’s dark you don’t even need a hidden camera since it’s can’t really be seen in the dark. But with an infrared illuminator, anybody who enters the enter thinking they are safe under the cover of darkness will be caught on the security camera plainly due to the infrared illumination. The IR cameras and infrared illuminators can be connected to motion detectors so they only record when there is activity within their range. If you have a security guard monitoring the camera, he can respond to the situation without the intruder even knowing he has been discovered by the camera.

I have been in the market for some time researching infrared illuminators. I spent countless hours looking all over the web for infrared illuminator and
located a cool site. I don't ever think there is a better place to search. Supercircuits.com was the only place that was easy to use and had what I was
looking for. There is a neat infrared camera that seems like it may work. I sure hope we find the infrared illuminators we're looking for.
